Returns & Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. Please note that Gorgeous Flowers does not offer cash or card refunds. Store credit or exchanges only may be issued, subject to conditions outlined below.

Because many of our products are perishable, all requests are carefully reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Returns & Eligibility

  • Customers must notify us via email within 24 hours of receiving the item, stating the reason for the return or exchange.
  • All requests are subject to approval based on the nature of the issue.
  • Approved items must be in new and unused condition.
  • Perishable items (including flowers, fruits, and goodies) must be handled as instructed:
    • Flowers should be kept in water and stored in a cool area.
    • Fruits and food items should be used immediately.

Return Process

To request a return or exchange, please email sales@staging5.bestwebdesignjamaica.com with:

  • Your order number (if applicable)
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos to support your request

Our customer service team may conduct an investigation where necessary and will advise how the matter will be resolved.

Store Credit & Exchanges

  • Approved returns may qualify for store credit or an exchange only.
  • Store credit will be issued electronically and must be used within the specified validity period.
  • Please allow up to five (5) business days from receipt of the returned item for processing.
  • You will be notified by email once your request has been completed.

Exceptions

  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • These cases may qualify for store credit or exchange, subject to verification.

Please Note

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
