Phals enjoy a fairly warm climate and do not require too much light to grow well. Therefore, do not allow too much direct sunlight. Moderate lighting is preferred.
Water your plant as the potting mix or growth medium approaches dryness. Generally, Phals require watering once every four (4) to seven (7) days. They should never stand in water and over-watering can lead to rot.
Soluble fertilizer such as 20-20-20 can be used to feed your plant once per month.
